You Love Your Pet and so Do We

At Overlook at Indian Trail, we welcome 2 pets per apartment home! There is a one-time pet fee of $300 for 1 pet, and $700 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $35/pet. Your furry friends have a 50 lb weight limit, and aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited. Restricted breeds are listed below: German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Cane Corso, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, and Doberman Pinchers.
